Sourcing Specialist

Yachiyo of America Inc. is searching for a Sourcing Specialist / Sunroof Systems at our Northwest Columbus, Ohio Corporate office. The Sourcing Specialist is a key position supporting multiple production plants in the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Multi-Commodity experience with Injection moldings, Stampings, Extrusion

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training or experiences

· Proven skills: communication, detailed oriented, problem solving, decision making, cost analysis, target cost setting, negotiations leading to cost reductions, multi and prioritization tasking, supplier development and management, understanding of process flows, use of cost tables, project management, new model maturation and management.

· Ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing specifications.

· Microsoft office proficient. 

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work overtime, occasional travel, (international / domestic)

· Willingness to work in an open office environment 

· Familiarity in working in a Japan based compan
