Note: must reside in central Ohio

Responsibilities

• Plan, choreograph, and lead a variety of group fitness classes that effectively cater to all fitness levels
• Provide modifications for participants with varying degrees of abilities and fitness goals
• Create and maintain a positive, high-energy and motivating environment during classes
• Promote proper form and technique to ensure safety of all participants
• Set up and clean fitness equipment before and after class
• Promote additional GYMGUYZ services
• Stay current on fitness trends and certifications
• Attend GYMGUYZ meetings (1:1s and team meetings)

Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness Group Instructor certification
• Current AED and CPR certification
• Proven experience effectively leading group fitness classes
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of fitness trends and safety guidelines
