CME Corp’s Direct to Site delivery department is looking to add an Direct to Site Installer to our warehouse in Columbus, OH. This person will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business in the greater Columbus, OH region by ensuring that our merchandise is handled with care at all touch points. This role will report to the Regional Direct to Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment assembly and staging within CME Corp’s warehouse
  • Direct to Site deliveries to healthcare customers utilizing 26’ box truck
  • Installation, set-up and placement of medical equipment inside of hospitals and other healthcare facilities
  • Regular daily travel within the greater Columbus, OH region with occasional weekend travel as required
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and co-workers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience driving up to a 26’ straight truck
  • Sound verbal and written skills
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with the Microsoft office products
  • Must have flexible schedule as starting and ending times vary daily
  • Ability to participate in occasional projects requiring overnight stays away
  • Must be physically fit and lift up to 75lbs
  • Must have good mechanical aptitude and be very familiar with general hand and power tools
  • Carpentry or DME technician experience a plus
