About This Opportunity
Our comprehensive trainee program offers a 30-90 day hands-on learning experience where you'll master our proven processes while applying your existing construction expertise. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals as you ramp up to a full Foreman role, leading crews and managing critical foundation and waterproofing projects.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise crew members in waterproofing and foundation repair installations
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering their professional growth
- Coordinate daily tasks based on project priorities and tight deadlines
Technical Excellence
- Interpret project plans and detailed job specifications
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and building codes
- Monitor material inventory and ensure proper tool/equipment maintenance
Safety & Communication
- Maintain clean, safe job sites following OSHA regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, and job documentation
