Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? The Basement Doctor is seeking a Customer Service & Maintenance Coordinator to be the friendly voice our customers rely on for their home waterproofing needs.

What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships - Proactively contact customers to schedule annual maintenance for dehumidifiers, and sump pumps
• Be the problem solver - Answer customer calls and provide troubleshooting support for equipment issues
• Research and resolve - Check warranty coverage and coordinate with our technical team for complex issues
• Stay organized - Maintain detailed customer records and manage appointment scheduling
• Ensure satisfaction - Follow up with customers after service to guarantee they're happy with our work

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Basic technical aptitude (we'll teach you the rest!)
• Experience with computer systems and scheduling software preferred
• Customer service experience helpful but not required
