About this role:
Achieve growth, sales targets, and customer expectations by successfully managing a sales team
Manage local sales activity and grow market share using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Design and implement strategic sales plans for their team to follow that align with executive leadership's organizational goals and initiatives
Prepare and monitor sales budgets, projections, and targets
Hire, train, and guide a team of sales personnel
Requirements & Qualifications
Background in sales, marketing, or business administration
At least 5 years of sales experience
Proven track record of successful sales performance by meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in a leadership role
Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring
Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Advanced planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong decision-making skills and a persistent and results-driven attitude
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
