About this role:
  • Achieve growth, sales targets, and customer expectations by successfully managing a sales team
  • Manage local sales activity and grow market share using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans for their team to follow that align with executive leadership's organizational goals and initiatives
  • Prepare and monitor sales budgets, projections, and targets
  • Hire, train, and guide a team of sales personnel
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Background in sales, marketing, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance by meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Advanced planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and a persistent and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
