Role Description

 

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with potential clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales in alignment with organizational objectives. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong commitment to customer service, integrity, and ethical business practices, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong time-management and organizational skills, offering proven strengths in strategic planning, market research, and business development.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and building long-term business relationships skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and networks
  • Experience in commission-based sales or business development roles preferred
  • Experience working within values-driven, collaborative business communities— including familiarity with reciprocal trade networks and multitrade opportunities— is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy, negotiation skills, lead generation, customer relations, and business development, with the proven ability in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with remote sales tools such as CRM systems and online communication platforms
  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
