1. Mechanical Assembler

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling a variety of simple to complex metal cabinetry and fabricated products that support essential businesses. This is not an assembly line environment—it requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to produce showroom-quality finished products. Assemblers will receive hands-on training specific to the product line and will work closely with experienced team members in a fast-paced, collaborative department.

2. Quality Metal/Welding Inspector

The Quality Metal Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all fabricated and machined metal products meet company and customer quality standards. This hands-on position requires strong mechanical inspection skills, the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision metal fabrication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented job shop environment.

3. Press Brake Operator

The Press Brake Operator supports multiple departments on the shop floor, including Fabrication, Hardware Insertion, Assembly, and more. This position offers on-the-job and cross-training opportunities, working alongside experienced associates in a fast-paced, precision job shop environment.

 

4. Powder Coater

The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet high-quality appearance and durability standards. This role involves surface preparation, masking, hanging parts, operating powder coating equipment, and ensuring consistent coverage and finish quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in a powder coating or industrial finishing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced custom fabrication shop. Knowledge of curing processes, color changes, and basic equipment maintenance is a plus.
