Cornerstone of Hope, Ohio’s leading provider of grief and bereavement support for children, teens, and adults, is seeking independently licensed therapists (LPCC or LISW) to join our PRN clinical team. This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to grief work and are looking for meaningful, mission-driven clinical hours outside of daytime schedules.

Position Details

  • Status: PRN (as needed)
  • Schedule: Days/Evenings
  • Location: In-person (telehealth not available)

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who:

  • Hold an active Ohio LPCC or LISW license
  • Are eligible to be paneled with insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans)
  • Are available to provide evening/night clinical services
  • Are comfortable providing in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Bring warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing growth in grief-informed practice

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide grief- and trauma-informed individual therapy eligible for insurance reimbursement
  • Facilitate individual and/or group sessions as assigned
  • Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation in accordance with agency and payer requirements
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for consultation and coordinated care
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed
  • Adhere to all confidentiality, ethical, and regulatory standards
  • Support Cornerstone of Hope’s mission and presence within the community

 

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited program
  • Independent Ohio licensure required (LPCC or LISW)
  • Eligible to independently provide and bill clinical services through insurance
  • Experience in grief, loss, trauma, or bereavement settings strongly preferred
