Warehouse Associate- Full Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our growing e-waste processing operation. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that values safety and efficiency, this could be a great fit.

We are seeking a Full Time team member who can work Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5pm, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Scan inbound e-waste materials using our ERP system
• Sort and categorize a variety of assets with accuracy
• Follow R2v3 standards for responsible asset management and data processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Skills

• Prior warehouse experience preferred (shipping & receiving, order picking, materials handling, etc.)
• Experience with heavy equipment—forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes—is a big plus
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices (preferred but not required)
• Background in construction or mechanical work is helpful
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for long periods
• Safety-focused mindset and a team-first attitude
• Leadership potential? Candidates with supervisor experience or strong mechanical abilities may be considered for future advancement opportunities
