This position will act as the first point of contact for our employees, management at your location(s)/site(s), and external partners. The HR Generalist/Recruiter will work in a pleasant environment where flexibility, service, and speed are core values on the work floor. This position  provides optimal support throughout the entire employee lifecycle within Bleckmann.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Together with the business, this position is responsible for effectively filing hiring requests for both direct hire employees and temporary staff. The HR Generalist/Recruiter is an active player in approaching the labor market, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • This position maintains optimal working relationships and communication with the employees at the designated site(s), paying attention to the implementation, communication, and compliance with HR policies.
  • The HR Generalist/Recruiter involved in site wide HR projects, such as onboarding, employer branding, wellbeing, and more.
  • This position is a key point person for processing weekly payroll.
  • The HR Generalist/Recruiter conducts exit interviews when employees leave Bleckmann and ensure a correct offboarding process.
  • Quality is a key focus at Bleckmann. We work with a continuous improvement methodology, and we expect you to contribute to this proactively.

In summary, this position is responsible for all HR-related matters at the designated site(s), maintaining an overview of everything HR-related. In addition to being present on-site and acting as a partner for the business, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will work closely with and receive support from your direct HR colleagues and director.

Requirements;

  • Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent through relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably within a hands-on organizational culture.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
  • Analytical, stress-resistant, positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You can adapt quickly and set the right priorities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus.
