Penelope's Garage is a growing Columbus-based automotive membership company focused on making vehicle care easier, more transparent, and less stressful for our members. We're currently seeking a part-time Growth & Operations Coordinator to support our continued growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, customer service, business development, social media, and helping a small business operate efficiently behind the scenes.
Responsibilities may include:
• Social media scheduling and content support
• Customer and member communication
• Partnership outreach and community engagement
• Lead follow-up and appointment coordination
• Administrative and operational support
• Light support for our vehicle rental business operations
This is a flexible, approximately 20-25 hour per week position paying $18 per hour. Scheduling can be built around classes, family obligations, or other professional commitments.
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and excited about helping a local business grow. Experience is less important than attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
