Customer Service Representative

Cardinal Transportation, LTD is a fast- growing transportation company looking for motivated, organized, and responsive sales and customer service relationship representatives.

We are one of the leading transportation companies in Columbus, Ohio with over 50 vehicles in our fleet ranging from black car sedan up to 56 passenger motorcoaches. We provide athletic transportation for area colleges including The Ohio State University as well as transportation for major league sports in the area, many well -known corporations, and any others that have transportation needs.

Responsibilities:

*Answer phone and emails from customers and provide accurate quotes.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

*Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

*Effectively look at schedule and bookings for new bookings.

Requirements:

*Previous transportation experience is preferred. Will consider the right candidate with 5 years or more of customer service/sales.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

*Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

*Schedule Flexibility-possible shift work and one weekend day a month
