What will you do?

  • Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy
  • Identify and target potential new clients through market research and lead generation activities
  • Represent the company within business and community organizations and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and present customized staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of each client
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records of sales activities and results using our ATS/CRM system

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience in a service Industry a plus
  • Adept in building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospects and professional network
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks, deliverables and priorities at once
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
